Consignment

This contract is made between Chatoyer [Consignee] and [Consignor] (Full name as stated in the application form).
WHEREAS, the Consignor owns certain products, described in
SECTION 1 below (hereinafter referred to as “Product”);

WHEREAS, the Consignor wishes to sell the Products within a specified period of time, which may be 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or any other period as agreed between the parties;
THEREFORE, based on the general premises and commitments contained in this Agreement, the Parties agree as follows:

1. The Consignor shall bear all shipping costs (if necessary), including shipping costs in the event the Consignor wishes to terminate the consignment agreement.
2. The Consignor confirms the condition of the Product as received by the Consignee, and the Consignee shall provide detailed photographs for reference.
3. The Consignee is authorized by the Consignor to thoroughly inspect the Products for any signs of counterfeiting or other defects.
4. The Consignee reserves the right to refuse to consign any Product that she deems to be counterfeit based on her judgment.
5. The Consignor must refund the Consignee if the product is proven to be counterfeit, even if the product has been sold.
6. The Consignee shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or any other catastrophe beyond the control or not caused by the Consignee.
7. Prices of consignment items may be changed from time to time based on agreement between the parties.
