• Products : Chatoyer World offers handbags, watches, jewelry and accessories from luxury brands, including new and pre-loved items. All products are guaranteed authentic and carefully curated.
• Services : Including bag spa, product regeneration, fashion consulting and event organization. Service details may change depending on the time and will be updated via the website or consultants.
• Due to the unique nature of the product, availability is not absolutely guaranteed. Please contact in advance to confirm.

3. Purchase Policy

• Order : You can order via website, hotline or directly at the store. Some products require a deposit in advance to ensure the transaction.
• Payment : We accept the forms of payment notified at the time of transaction (bank transfer, cash, credit card, etc.). The entire order value must be paid in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery : Chatoyer World offers door-to-door delivery with pre-announced delivery times and costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (shipping services, weather, etc.).

4. Return and Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of luxury products, Chatoyer World does not accept returns or refunds unless the product has a manufacturer defect or is not as described.
• You must report the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with the invoice and supporting photos. We will review and respond within 14 working days .
• Returned products must be intact, unused and come with all original accessories/boxes.

5. Maintenance and Regeneration Services

• Chatoyer Bag Artisan offers maintenance and refurbishment services for products purchased from Chatoyer or from other sources. Costs and turnaround times will be advised after assessing the condition of the product.
• We are not responsible for damage arising from improper use or improper storage prior to delivery to us.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the website (images, logos, text, etc.) is owned by Chatoyer World. Any copying, use or distribution without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• You are committed to providing accurate information when ordering or making a service appointment.
• Follow product usage and care instructions to ensure quality throughout its life cycle.
